GeorgeLopez on TBSGeorge Lopez will hit the late-night Monday when his variety show premieres. The first guests on Lopez Tonight: Ellen DeGeneres, Eva Longoria-Parker and Kobe Bryant. Que cool, right?

The show will air at 11 p.m. ET and he’s got a huge list of heavy-hitters scheduled. Lopez, who cracks us up with his raw look at living Latino in the U.S., has been promoting the show all over the place and on his Twitter page.

Ingrid Hoffman, of the Food Network’s Simply Delicioso, will hawk some Latin-inspired cookware Friday, Nov. 6 on the Home Shopping Network (HSN). She’ll be part of a 24-hour pachanquita with Padma Lakshmi and Ace of Cakes Duff Goldman.

bio-ingrid-hoffmann_from food network“My Latin heritage is important to me and my cooking and I can’t wait to introduce my cookware, designed with the expertise of T-Fal to a vast new audience of ‘foodies’ at HSN,” Hoffmann in the official release.

Watch Hoffmann here talking about how she likes to Spanglish-up her food.
