Stretch and Grow Inside and Out (Video)

So, beginning today, we will be adding simple exercise and dietary tips to the del alma section — quick and easy things you can do to feel better, live better, look better. Cositas to inspire you to a vida rica.
Why? Our body often tells us things our mind and spirit are not yet ready to pay attention to. More doing, less thinking about it. You know?
We’re starting with two stretching and toning videos, one on posture by Miranda Esmonde-White and the second is an intro to Essentrics, a technique developed by Esmonde-White and her daughter, Sahra.
Esmonde-White is a former ballerina who has an early morning program, Classical Stretch, on PBS and on DVD. It is a great stretching and flexibility workout that combines techniques such as ballet, yoga, pilates and tai chi.
